I'm Jeff, born and raised in Pell City, Alabama with a heart of gold and a passion for planning unforgettable events. Growing up in a large, close-knit family, I learned early on the importance of bringing people together and making memories that last a lifetime.
As a husband to my amazing partner Kody and a proud dad to our little bundle of joy, Chance, I know firsthand the value of cherished moments and the joy of sharing them with loved ones. My family is my "why," and I'm honored to bring that same love and care to every couple I work with.
When I'm not busy making magic happen for my clients, you can find me surrounded by my feathered friends - yes, I'm a proud chicken dad to 5 adorable ladies! And, of course, no introduction would be complete without mentioning my favorite restaurant, Peg Leg Pete's, where the food is always delicious and the atmosphere is always lively!
As a seasoned event director with a background in planning events for Pepsi, I know what it takes to create truly unforgettable experiences. And, as the owner of Weddings and Events by Jeff, I'm dedicated to bringing that same level of expertise and passion to every wedding, celebration, and milestone event I have the privilege to plan.
My favorite part of a wedding? Watching the bride and groom's friends and family come together, sharing laughter and tears, and witnessing the love that fills the room. It's truly magical, and I feel grateful to be a part of it all.
When the music starts, you can bet I'll be on the dance floor, grooving to the beat! My wedding playlist was full of dance party anthems that kept the energy high all night long.
Sweet treats are my weakness, and I'm especially fond of strawberry champagne cake and carrot cake - it's no surprise I had not one, not two, but FIVE different flavors in my wedding cake!
Flowers bring me joy, but if I had to pick a favorite, it's got to be limelight hydrangeas. There's something about their delicate beauty that makes me smile."

The morning sparkplug of our wedding team! With a year of weddings under her belt, Ashton brings infectious energy and a can-do attitude to every event. As a married mom of three boys, she's a master multitasker who runs a charming mini farm filled with ducks, chickens, and other furry friends.
Ashton's strengths lie in her ability to read the room and jump into action, effortlessly supporting our team to get the job done. Her crafty touch takes event details to the next level, and she's always ready to lend a hand. When she's not making wedding magic, Ashton loves sipping La Marca champagne, getting into the Halloween spirit (Hocus Pocus is her jam!), and socializing with friends and family.
